Due to the historical and economical connection, Australian business was processed by GEMÜ England to begin with. As a result of the huge distance and the needs of the Australian market being different to those of the European market, a separate subsidiary was already founded in 1989. This subsidiary is also responsible for New Zealand and Oceania.
